OneWrite Offers Three Styles of Envelope Books:

A. Full Size Offering Envelope
(3 5/8” x 7”)

This is our primary envelope style, designed to be brought to church and placed in the offering.

Features include:
  • 52 weekly envelopes
  • Stub that remains after envelope is detached. Keeps a running total of contributions.
  • Thumb notch on the back of the envelope for easy opening.

B. Full Size Mailable Offering Envelope
(3 5/8” x 7”)

This offering envelope style is designed to be mailed, allowing members to send in their offering when they are not able to attend in person.

FEATURES INCLUDE:
  • 52 weekly envelopes
  • Screen on the interior of the envelope that provides additional security for members who are mailing their offering.
  • Stub that remains after envelope is detached. Keeps a running total of contributions. The flap of the envelope folds down to conceal an area at the top of the envelope, this enables members to conceal their name and amount of offering as it travels through the mail.
  • In addition to the side of the envelope with your church’s chosen design, the reverse side is printed with the mailing address, lines for the return address, and an outline for the stamp.

C. Small Size Offering Envelope
(3 5/8” x 3 1/2”)

This is our smallest and most economical offering envelope. Checks and currency must be folded once in order to fit within the envelope pocket.

Features include:
  • 52 weekly envelopes
  • Stub that remains after envelope is detached. Keeps a running total of contributions.
  • Thumb notch on the back of the envelope for easy opening.
